Who runs this page

ENTREPREHARDSHIP is operated by Akii Technologies, LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email entreprehardship@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you join the list, we collect your email address, the time of your signup, and the version of the signup consent you agreed to. We also record the signup source and any campaign tags in the page URL, so we can understand how people find us.

The server uses request information temporarily to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse. Your email address is not written to the website's request logs.

What your signup means

You are asking to receive ENTREPREHARDSHIP emails. This form does not add you to our other brands' email lists. An existing unsubscribe or delivery suppression is preserved.

Stories you send us

The story link opens your email app. If you send a story, we receive your email address and the details you choose to include in our Gmail inbox. We use that information to consider your story for coverage and communicate with you about it. Sending a story does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Where your information goes

Railway hosts this website. Resend stores the subscriber list and manages email delivery and unsubscribe settings. They process the information needed to provide those services.

Social previews load only after you choose to load a platform's content. At that point, your browser connects to Instagram, TikTok, or X, and that platform may receive request information and use cookies according to its own privacy rules. You can use the ordinary profile links instead of loading a preview.

Changing your mind

You can unsubscribe using the link in an ENTREPREHARDSHIP marketing email. Subscription and opt-out records are kept in Resend so we can manage the list and respect your preferences. You can also email us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask for its deletion.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run advertising cookies or third-party analytics for this page. Optional social embeds use the selected platform's technology and privacy rules. They do not load until you choose them.
